How do I adjust the fill in my Coop pillow?
Every pillow comes with a bonus bag of fill. Simply unzip the inner liner and add or remove fill to achieve your desired loft and firmness level.
What is the 100-night sleep trial?
We want you to love your sleep. You can test our products for 100 nights, and if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return them for a full refund.
How do I wash and care for my Coop products?
Most of our pillow covers and inner liners are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low with dryer balls.
Are your materials safe and certified?
Yes, our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified and our fabrics are GREENGUARD Gold certified to ensure they meet strict standards for low chemical emissions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
